Warranty and faults

Fuji rod components are made by Fuji Kogyo Co., Ltd. in Japan. If you think a Fuji part you bought through a Monster Distribution stockist is faulty, start with the store you bought it from, they can replace it or send it back to us.

Where that is not practical, write to us directly and we will take it from there. A part that has been fitted to a rod is usually a question for whoever built or repaired the rod, so tell us who did the work.

What to send

• Your name, phone number and address
• The store you bought it from, and roughly when
• The product code from the packet, for example TKWTG 16, or BCMGOT 12/3.6
• Whether the part was fitted to a rod, and by whom
• What went wrong
• A photograph of the part and the packet
